IMPORTANT
NOTICE: Due to personal commitments,
Entice Invitations will be closing indefinitely from December
2008 for a well-deserved break. All orders placed prior to December
2008 will be completed with the highest quality as per our usual
quality standards.
Orders
for delivery in October, November and December 2008 must be
placed by September 2008.
Delivery
Time Frames
Invitations
usually takes between 5 - 7 weeks.
Process
involves -
1. A design of the invitation wording and layout will be forwarded
to you within 3-5 working days.
2. You'll need to check the design, layout and wording and make
any required changes.
3. After signing your 'approved' proof, assembly of the invitations
will take between 3-4 weeks
4. Please allow approximately 2-4 days for delivery throughout
Australia.

Method & Cost
Entice
Invitations delivers all orders via Australia Post services,
except for our 'Guaranteed Door-to-Door Delivery Service' which
is offered to our Melbourne Metropolitan customers (pls see
further information below). We take great care in packaging
to ensure that your invitations and stationery products reach
you in perfect condition, however, we cannot be held liable
for damage caused by third parties or circumstances beyond our
control. Please note that a small cost is added to all deliveries
for handling and packaging materials.
Guaranteed
Door-to-Door Delivery for Melbourne Metropolitan Customers
To ensure you receive your special order on time, and to prevent
the risk of lost or damage, Entice Invitations offers our Melbourne
metropolitan customers a guaranteed door-to-door delivery service
for a flat fee of $20.00 (inclusive of GST).

Shipping
prices below are indicative only. In most cases delivery costs
are less. This is because, if you are purchasing paper only
products, shippings costs will generally be less because we
can pack it flat. If your order contains items that are not
flat, we will need to pack your order using a shipping box,
which would costs more than a standard letter package. We will
always confirm shipping costs with you before commencing an
order. If you have any concerns about shippings costs, please
feel free to contact us. We are here to help you keep your costs
down.

Payment
Full
payment is required prior to the commencement of an order or
dispatch of goods. Unfortunately we do not have credit card
facilities, but do accept payment by cheque, money order or
direct bank transfer (preferred method). Address details for
payments will be provided upon confirmation of your order.

Refund
Policy
Please choose your orders carefully as we do not provide refunds
if you change your mind about products, designs or colours chosen.

Faulty
/ Damaged Products
Entice Invitations will be glad to replace any faulty or damaged
products at no cost you. Proof of damaged products must be provided
within 7 days of receiving the goods.
